This looks really cool, but you missed a couple spots on Jake's body where the bikes are, particularly the bike baskets. Obviously it would have been a lot of work to individually alpha each hole in the baskets, so maybe instead you could just draw over the baskets entirely so that it looks like they're not there. Also the lighting on the subway seats doesn't match the lighting of the characters, which weakens the illusion. Otherwise very fun aesthetic!
