The hand gesture looks off in part due to the way you lit it. Having light go all the way across the top of the palm and up the fingers makes it look like she's unnaturally bending her pinky fingers instead of her pointer fingers. In addition you drew an extra separation between the fingers where they meet the palm, making it look like she's hiding a 6th finger.
